Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Manila for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle various customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service through various channels. The role involves supporting customer acquisition, care, retention, and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer service roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is an advantage
