We're Hiring: B2B Sales Specialist with Customer Service Background

Remote | Full-time

with 3-5 Years B2B Sales Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with Customer Service Background who can effectively drive business-to-business sales, manage leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships. You will also handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and support throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales

Strong background in customer service

Excellent verbal and written English communication skill

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns

Highly organized and self-motivated

Able to work under minimal supervision

Your Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales activities (email, cold calling, follow-ups)

Present and pitch our services to potential clients

Identify decision-makers and create sales strategies

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Maintain records of all sales activities using CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support

Salary

Competitive (based on experience)

Plus commission and performance-based incentives

Working Hours

Full-time | Mondays to Fridays

PST Time (depending on client location)
