Job Description:
Tuason Racing, the country's leading motorsports and automotive events company, is looking for a Sales & Activation Specialist to help grow our brand presence through exciting, high-impact activations and strong customer engagement.
The Sales and Activation Specialist is responsible for supporting Tuason Racing's business growth through client acquisition, event activation, and partnership management. The role involves coordinating sales initiatives, developing brand activations, and ensuring smooth execution of corporate and motorsport events. This position plays a key role in bridging client requirements, internal teams, and partner brands to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences that embody Tuason Racing's values of excellence, innovation, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads and convert them into sales through direct customer engagement
- Execute high-energy on-ground activations including motorsport events, roadshows, and brand promotions.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, and prepare sales and activation reports
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to increase customer interest
- Ensure proper setup and visibility of brand materials during activations and events
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Integrator, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
- Gather market and competitor insights to strengthen sales strategies and brand positioning
- Maintain strong relationship with clients, partners, and event collaborators to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent the brand professionally and consistently in all activities
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Brand Activation, or Promotional Events
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and achieve sales goals
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic productivity applications
