Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Sales Specialist - General Imaging (Cardio-Vascular) located in Muntinlupa City. The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating and selling medical imaging products, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and collaborating with the technical and operations teams.

The Product Sales Specialist for Ultrasound - General Imaging (Cardio-Vascular Ultrasound) is the primary point of contact between TA Healthcare and its principal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Primary product owner for the given Principal organization.

  2. Establish pricing guidance to field sales teams.

  3. Achieve sales targets:

a. Sell-Out (end-customer sale)

b. Internal (with Principal)

  1. Prepares marketing and sales presentation materials to help aid the field sales teams in the selling process.

  2. Manage and execute product training program to the field sales teams.

  3. Inventory management (demo units, backlog and stock allocation).

  4. Attend and prepare materials for business meetings/reviews with the Principal.

  5. Develop and execute marketing and go-to market plans in collaboration with Principal organization.

  6. Establish, develop and maintain collaborative relationship with pertinent medical societies and organizations.

  7. Track and report competitor activities in the market.

To be successful in the role, the candidate must have

  • Bachelor's Degree - Medical-allied course preferred
  • 5 years of proven track record in strategic sales and marketing, preferably gained in the healthcare industry (experience in handling Cardio-vascular Ultrasound preferred)
  • Expertise in strategic sales, product commercialization, marketing, and branding
  • Excellent organizational skills & strong presentation skills
  • Excellent people management skills
