About Us -

We are developing a cutting-edge Android based Point-of-Sale (POS) application focused on delivering seamless transactions, reliability, and security for our growing business customer base.

To ensure continued high availability and minimal downtime, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Tester to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our support and implementation teams to monitor our applications and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and help implement proper logging and monitoring functionalities.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical troubleshooting skills and proven experience using monitoring tools. Please note that this position requires flexibility to work early morning or late-night shifts to provide extended support coverage.

Responsibilities

● Monitor application performance and system health, responding to incidents in real-time.

● Implement and maintain logging and monitoring tools to improve visibility into system

performance and failures.

● Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the Android POS application, including

software, network, and infrastructure problems.

● Work closely with English speaking support and implementation teams to streamline

incident management and problem resolution.

● Analyze logs, error reports, and system alerts to identify root causes and prevent

recurring issues.

● Escalate complex issues to the development team while ensuring a fast response to

critical incidents.

● Create and maintain documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for

monitoring and support.

● Participate in early morning or late-night shifts to provide continuous support.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualification -

● 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, application support, or system monitoring role.

● Experience working with PostgreSQL, including querying and safely fixing live database- related issues.

● Strong understanding of AWS services (CloudWatch, RDS, S3, EC2) for monitoring and

troubleshooting cloud systems.

● Familiarity with software architecture and system networking logging frameworks and

monitoring tools.

● Ability to work independently and respond quickly to incidents with minimal supervision.

● Strong English written and verbal communication skills for handling customer

interactions.

● Comfortable working early morning or late-night shifts to provide extended support

coverage.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) -

● Experience working with POS systems and hardware integrations (printers, scanners,

payment terminals).

● Familiarity with the restaurant industry and POS system usage.
