Job Title: Junior QA Tester

Work Location: Makati (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Junior QA Tester with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for delivering high-quality software. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare test cases based on requirements and specifications
  • Execute manual test cases and document results accurately
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and participate in triage meetings
  • Perform retesting and regression testing to ensure fixes are properly implemented
  • Provide daily status reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with ITPMs, Business Analysts, and Technical Teams
  • Support the UAT Team during retesting and execution phases

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
