We're looking for a Manual/Functional Tester (SDET) to help ensure our software works flawlessly and meets business needs. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality applications through thorough testing and validation. The position offers a salary of up to PHP 65,000 basic (excluding other benefits or allowances) and is open for discussion if higher than the budget. This is a hybrid role with a night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, weekends off, and our office based in Diliman, Quezon City.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manual and functional testing, preferably in an SDET settings/environment.
  • Skilled in creating, executing, and maintaining detailed test cases and test plans
  • Familiar with bug tracking tools, test management systems, and basic automation concepts
  • Able to identify, log, and track defects effectively until resolution
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality output
  • Contribute to improving testing methods, tools, and processes
  • Keep thorough documentation of test activities, results, and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
