  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, content, etc.).
  • Analyze data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvements.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other growth experiments to optimize conversion and retention.
  • Manage marketing funnels, ensuring efficiency at every stage from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated on growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Good communication and project management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
