Email Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time / Contractor

We're Craftamo — a fast-growing eCommerce brand with a passionate global community of artists. We're looking for an email marketing wizard who can take our campaigns and flows to the next level. If you live and breathe subject lines, thrive on testing, and get a buzz out of boosting open and conversion rates, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Own the inbox: Plan, write, and execute high-impact campaigns that drive sales and engagement.

Master the flows: Set up and optimise all key eCommerce flows (welcome, cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, loyalty, referral).

Test, tweak, repeat: A/B test subject lines, creative, CTAs, send times, segmentation — and constantly improve.

Copy that sells: Write irresistible subject lines, body copy, and CTA buttons that convert browsers into buyers.

Data-driven strategy: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report actionable insights with clear next steps.

Innovation: Spot and implement fresh email strategies (personalization, segmentation hacks, SMS integration, content automations) that drive results.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in eCommerce email marketing (portfolio and results required).

Copywriting pro — you know how to hook, persuade, and sell through words.

Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

A/B testing mindset — you thrive on data, experiments, and continual optimization.

Tool flexibility: We currently use Mailchimp, but are open to Klaviyo (or your recommendation).

Analytical + creative balance: You can read the numbers but also dream up ideas that make customers click.

  • Experience scaling a DTC brand.
  • Knowledge of SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and customer retention tactics.
  • Design sense (you know what layouts and visuals work best in inboxes).
