As a Growth & Engagement Specialist, you will lead the clinic's digital marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives. Your role combines both performance marketing and client relations — ensuring that our services are effectively marketed while clients feel valued and cared for. You will strategize and execute ad campaigns, manage inquiries, monitor data for optimization, and support content and campaign activities that drive growth.

● Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Run campaigns: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

● Client relations: Respond to inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, text, and calls, ensuring timely and professional handling of bookings and client concerns.

● Data-driven marketing: Monitor KPIs (leads, conversions, cost per booking) and adjust campaigns for better performance.

● Feedback loop: Collect client feedback and translate insights into improved marketing strategies and customer experience.

● Content support: Assist with scheduling, posting, and engagement across social platforms.

● Campaign coordination: Help organize and support marketing campaigns, events, and clinic promotions.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Head and operations team to align strategies with business goals.

● Other tasks as assigned: Provide support in other marketing and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to campaign management.
  • Ideally, have knowledge and experience in paid ads management (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
