Growth Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take ownership of all lead generation channels and drive predictable, scalable growth.
This is a hands-on role: you'll plan and execute campaigns, run ads, build funnels, write copy, and use AI tools to amplify output and efficiency. You'll be directly responsible for generating qualified leads and optimizing the full funnel from first touch to closed customer.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own the growth marketing strategy with a focus on qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email, and organic social.
- Write ad copy, create landing pages, and launch email nurture sequences using AI tools to accelerate content and creative development.
AI-Powered Marketing
Leverage AI (ChatGPT, Jasper, , MidJourney, Synthesia, etc.) for copywriting, design, audience research, and campaign optimization.
- Implement AI-driven automation for lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting.
- Identify areas where AI can streamline processes or reduce external vendor costs.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, CTAs, and nurture campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales to refine lead handoff, qualification, and follow-up.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead-to-close conversion rates, pipeline growth.
- Use data and AI-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and allocate spend effectively.
- Create dashboards and forecasts to share with leadership.
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets.
- Coordinate freelancers or agency partners when needed, while staying as the primary executor.
- Keep up to date with emerging growth tactics, AI tools, and marketing trends.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, with proven success scaling lead generation.
- Deep knowledge of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and email marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in marketing workflows (copywriting, design, data analysis, automation).
- Strong copywriting, funnel-building, and campaign management skills.
- Highly analytical, comfortable with attribution, tracking, and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Monthly qualified leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Pipeline contribution from marketing.
- Conversion rates across funnel stages (ad → lead → SQL → customer).
- ROI on paid campaigns and efficiency gains from AI use.
