Job Summary:

As an Operations Analyst at PICKUP COFFEE, you will work closely with the CEO to provide vital support in streamlining and enhancing operational efficiency. You will be responsible for handling a variety of ad hoc tasks, from data analysis to process improvements, based on the business' needs. This dynamic role requires adaptability and strong problem-solving skills to manage urgent requests and provide actionable insights that contribute to the company's strategic goals. You will play a key part in improving business performance by analyzing data, tracking key metrics, and implementing solutions to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Tools and other BI
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Candidate must be curious and love to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the coffee or retail industry is a plus
  • Good leadership skills in leading teams of 5-10 people
