About the Role

The HRIS Time Management Analyst supports the Global HRIS team in managing Time & Absence systems. Reporting to the Manager of HRIS Data Management, you'll partner with HR Operations and technology vendors to enhance and maintain system solutions. This role focuses on vendor management, process improvement, and system development to deliver an exceptional user experience aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Act as expert for system/interface development and configuration.

  • Support time & absence management across locations:

  • Create process maps and define workflow roles.

  • Conduct super-user training and handle issue escalation.
  • Ensure data-quality, interface and time processing at payroll cut-off.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Enhance processes and user experience in partnership with external vendors.
  • Support new system projects: testing, training, planning and analysis of upgrades/enhancements.
  • Lead discovery of new projects: document current and future states.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to resolve system issues and escalate to IT or vendors when needed.

What You Need

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert in time/absence systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG, Workforce Management & Central, Workday).
  • Strong in process improvement, performance analysis, governance, requirements gathering, system testing and documentation.
  • Service-oriented with international and cross-cultural experience.
  • Professional, growth-driven, intellectually curious and fluent in English.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; strong project-planning and execution capability.
  • Quick to identify key issues, propose practical solutions and deliver results.
  • Independent, resourceful, well-organized, self-motivated; good communicator and team player with attention to detail and integrity.

Work Setup

  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week.
  • Primary schedule follows EMEA/Americas business hours, with flexibility to work on Philippine holidays. Fixed weekends off.
