Job Description:

  • As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be responsible in managing the incidents, problem and change tickets escalated to ITAO API PILS Team which includes investigation, resolution identification, impact & root cause analysis, & escalation to different support teams for further investigation or resolution implementation. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive reported incidents from level 1 or monitor assigned queue via incident management tool

  • Coordinate with the users for any additional information required, coordinate resolution with other support teams as required

  • Contribute in building application ILS knowledge base in application troubleshooting & resolution, with collaboration with App Owner, L3/L4 Support & Build Teams

  • Gather data needed in function metrics reporting & analytics for decision making & improvement insights

  • Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the development / support of bank/financial applications/systems integration 

  • Knowledgeable in API and Microservices Development and/or Support 

  • Intermediate skill and experience in programming, and working with different application, OS and databases

  • Intermediate skill and experience in ITIL service management

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
