What you'll be doing:

As a PR & Communications Intern at Avon, you'll be part of a dynamic team that brings the brand's purpose to life through impactful storytelling and strategic communications. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns, events, and digital content creation. From collaborating with media and influencers to crafting internal updates and press materials, you'll help shape how Avon connects with its audiences—both inside and outside the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting media and influencer relations, including coverage tracking and press material drafting
  • Creating content for social media, newsletters, and campaign toolkits
  • Assisting with PR events, product launches, and advocacy activations
  • Drafting internal communications and updates for Avon employees
  • Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform PR strategies

What we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with media, influencer, and social media landscapes
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools are a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about beauty, women's empowerment, and purpose-driven brands

  • Internship must be required by your university and part of your school curriculum

  • Open to hybrid work arrangement
