Brand Communications Senior Specialist

We're looking for a
Brand Communications Sr. Specialist
to join our dynamic team and drive the strategy and execution for some of our most visible campaigns. This role is crucial for maintaining and elevating our brand's reputation and reach.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the strategic mind and execution engine behind our full spectrum of brand communications, focusing on:
- Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising:
Strategizing, planning, and coordinating high-impact billboards, transit ads, and alternative OOH placements that capture attention and drive brand awareness. - Traditional Media Campaigns:
Managing the development and placement of compelling creative for traditional radio and television advertisements, ensuring strong media buys and messaging consistency. - Public & Media Relations (PR/MR
): Serving as a key liaison for the media. You'll be responsible for developing a calendar of press releases, coordinating interviews, and proactively securing online and offline coverage to boost our brand reputation. - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Assist in the planning, execution, and communication of our CSR initiatives. You'll ensure these programs are impactful, authentic, and effectively communicated to both internal and external stakeholders. - Corporate Communications & Internal Alignment:
Contributing to occasional corporate communications efforts, including internal announcements and executive messaging, to ensure brand consistency from the inside out. - Brand Research & Insights
: Participating in brand research projects, analyzing data, and synthesizing key findings to inform and optimize our communication strategies and messaging effectiveness.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a graduate of a Marketing, Advertising, or Communications course
- Have 3-5 years of experience in handling Public Relations, Media Planning and Buying, Corporate Communications functions with proven track record of mounting successful advertising or marketing campaigns
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; with strong B2B communication and presentation skills
- Have basic knowledge in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Be willing to travel regularly for events and shoots
Experience in a B2B or tech background is a plus, but not a requirement
