The Trade Marketing Officer will develop and evaluate trade promotional strategies, driving continuous improvement in category and commercial metrics. Key responsibilities include assisting with retail strategy, executing and evaluating activations (displays, sampling, pricing, etc.), co-managing execution with the Field Execution team, and recommending trade promotions to boost sales. The role also involves collaborating with brand teams on campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing assets, identifying growth opportunities with the sales team, conducting trade checks, and handling administrative tasks related to planning, budgeting, and executing marketing activations.
