Trade Marketing Manager
who can bring both strategic insight and flawless execution to elevate our brand presence nationwide.

As
Trade Marketing Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind how KIKO Milano comes to life in stores and across the market. You will:


Plan and Execute Nationwide Launches

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of
    new collection releases
    across all retail channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing, retail, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely, impactful launches.


Shape Market and Trend Insights

  • Identify and share the
    latest makeup trends
    and category opportunities with the buying department.
  • Support assortment and product strategy decisions through
    market intelligence
    and data-driven insight.


Design and Analyze Promotions

  • Build
    data-driven promotional campaigns
    , using insights from sales and consumer data.
  • Conduct
    post-promotion analysis
    to measure performance, ROI, and effectiveness.


Support Store Openings & Merchandising

  • Ensure
    stock availability
    ,
    visual merchandising readiness
    , and
    POS materials
    are aligned for every new store opening.
  • Work closely with visual merchandising teams to maintain
    brand consistency
    in all locations.


Excel with Data and Organization

  • Leverage
    advanced Excel skills
    to create dashboards, track KPIs, and analyze trade marketing performance.
  • Ensure all initiatives are executed with
    precision, structure, and strong attention to detail
    .

Qualifications:

  • A
    strategic and analytical thinker
    with a passion for cosmetics and retail.
  • Highly skilled in
    Microsoft Excel
    (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics).
  • Data-driven, extremely organized, and detail-oriented
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of trade marketing experience
    in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a
    fast-paced, creative environment
    .
