We're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist who will take the lead in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that strengthen product visibility, drive sales growth, and enhance brand presence across trade channels. This role bridges marketing and sales — ensuring that promotions, merchandising, and activations are executed seamlessly in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and implement trade promotions and campaigns that boost visibility and sales performance.
  • Develop and deploy merchandising and POS materials that align with brand standards and drive shopper engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distributors to ensure smooth coordination of trade activities.
  • Conduct trade checks and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI and sales targets are met.
  • Organize in-store activations, sampling, and events to strengthen brand recall and customer engagement.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and assets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct product and promo trainings for Sales and Merchandising teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG Marketing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to travel nationwide as needed.
