Job Description


An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings,

appointments, and travel

 Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the

executive

 Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy

 Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel itineraries

 Handle confidential documents and information with discretion

 Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

 Track and follow up on projects, deadlines, and deliverables

 Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (if applicable)

Preferred Attributes

 Experience supporting C-suite executives

 Familiarity with project management tools

 Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

 Positive attitude and proactive mindset

Qualification


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Strong organizational and time-management abilities

 Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)

 Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

 Can do multi-tasking

 High level of professionalism and discretion

 Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
