We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to manage and oversee key financial operations across our organization and franchise units. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Review and validate financial reports (Sales, Cost of Sales, Petty Cash, Purchases)
  • Prepare monthly and weekly financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and disbursement reports

Budgeting

  • Develop and manage operational budget forecasts (PNL format)
  • Coordinate budgeting for CGM Food Corp and Franchisee DLSU

Payroll

  • Process monthly and daily payroll for all employees

Bank Reconciliation & Tax Returns

  • Reconcile bank statements and compute applicable taxes

Business Permits

  • Handle business registration and annual renewals

Compliance & Government Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF regulations
  • Coordinate with outsourced accountants for BIR filings
  • Manage franchisee compliance (non-VAT, sole proprietorship), including monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax filings and reports

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Finance
  • Mathematical and Analytical Ability with high attention to details
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Finance and Accounting professional or Bookkeeper. Experience in restaurant accounting and internal audit is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with government compliance and tax regulations
