Compliance Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provides assistance in ensuring company compliance to some Government Agencies, AMLA, and NDRP requirements, including timely submission of reports and filings.

  2. Assists in drafting and preparation of letters, correspondences, and compliance documents in several government agencies.

  3. Handles preparation and submission of requirements for license renewals, permits, penalties, and other Government agencies-related payments.

  4. Coordinates with Government Agencies and regulators during inspections, audits, and compliance meetings.

  5. Monitors and ensures compliance of payment gateways and financial transactions with regulatory standards.

  6. Drafts and updates compliance manuals and policies aligned with Government Agencies, AMLC, and NDRP regulations.

  7. Maintains proper recordkeeping of licenses, contracts, resolutions, and compliance documents.

  8. Monitors regulatory updates and ensures management is informed of new issuances.

  9. Coordinates with other departments to secure documents and information required for compliance.

  10. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Compliance Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Business, Accounting, Legal Management, or related field.

  2. Experience in Government Agencies compliance, audit, AMLA reporting, or data privacy is an advantage.

  3. Knowledge of payment gateways and financial compliance preferred.

  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  5. Technical knowledge (digital filing, reporting systems) is a plus.
