What You'll Do
As a Compliance Management Officer within this dynamic fintech environment, you will be entrusted with safeguarding the organisation's reputation by ensuring robust adherence to all applicable regulations.   • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams by embedding regulatory considerations into decision-making processes and offering guidance on compliance risks related to new products, services, or operational changes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and memos to inform senior management about significant regulatory developments and their potential impact on business operations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and regular review of compliance policies and programmes to ensure they remain aligned with evolving local and international regulations.
