Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for an Associate Controller. The Associate Controller will be responsible for assisting in the management of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and company policies. The Associate Controller will also play a key role in financial planning and analysis, supporting senior management in decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills
  • Proficiency in SAP & Oracle NetSuite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
