Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Tayag Ngochua & Chu located in BGC, Metro Manila. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in various legal matters across the firm's practice areas. The role also involves collaborating with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal solutions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the following areas is a plus: M&A, securities, project finance, labor
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
  • Admission to the bar in the Philippines
