The IT Associate will provide technical support, manage hardware and software issues, and assist with the maintenance of our IT systems.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access in various systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Support IT projects, such as software rollouts and upgrades.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
