JOB SUMMARY

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for implementation and administration of the Company's compensation and benefits programs and policies.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processes timekeeping and payroll
  • Prepares attendance report needed in the Branch incentive computation
  • Processes monthly government remittances (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, & BIR)
  • Processes government mandated benefits (SSS Sickness, Maternity, Salary Differential)
  • Processes employees update on government agencies
  • Prepares certificate of employment of resigned employees
  • Processes dental reimbursements
  • Monitors issuance of final pay of resigned employees
  • Prepares Compensation and Benefits reports needed by Management and other departments
  • Monthly Reconciliation of AR balances-Other Deductions, SSS Maternity and Sickness
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education : Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Experience : At least 1 year related work experience
