Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and administer robust sales compensation programs that support growth and reward excellence in sales teams
  • Operate at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder engagement ensuring go-to-market teams are motivated, fairly rewarded, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR to ensure timely and transparent commission payments

This role involves direct responsibility for designing, analyzing, and administering sales compensation programs that support our ambitious growth and reward excellence in sales teams. In this strategic hands-on role, you will be directly responsible for operating at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder engagement ensuring go-to-market teams are motivated, fairly rewarded, and aligned to business priorities.

">Requirements:">

To succeed in this role, you will require

  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar platforms) preferred

In addition, you should have a strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models, exposure to global compensation practices, and a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

You should be able to rapidly learn new systems and tools (Salesforce, Looker, CPQ), operate with exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset, distill complex compensation concepts for non-technical audiences, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
