The Compensation and Benefits Department Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's compensation strategy and benefits programs.

This role oversees the development, implementation, and management of compensation strategies, salary scales, and incentive structures to ensure fairness and equity in pay practices.

  • Salary benchmarking to guarantee competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and wage transparency laws to mitigate risks.
  • Benefits enrollment, renewals, and eligibility tracking for health, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies, salary scales, and incentive structures that promote fairness and equity.
  2. Manage payroll operations, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
