Job Description

The Sales Compensation Analyst is a critical role that ensures the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This position supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience.
  • Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
