Hiring for location:

  • Cebu City

This role is tasked to represent and deliver the training and development objectives of the segments in achievement of the KPIs through training conduct, program facilitation, module design, performance monitoring and management, and collaboration with those directly (i.e. the Development Team) and indirectly engaged in their assigned area.

  • Be the agent training representative in the area of assignment. This mainly includes handling the training operations and activities under the company Program and other relevant programs of the company.
  • Conduct the training programs of department, namely, the Onboarding, Phase 1 and 2 Huddles and Graduation, and other programs that may be developed to address learning needs such as product rollouts, extended support and remedial sessions.
  • Manage the assigned batches, monitor attendance, and provide training report for validation and for agency leaders' follow through. Maintain and update the training database.
  • May be tasked to conceptualize, create, and execute basic and advance agency sales training and developments programs, soft and hard skills training modules, product training, skills and drills, tools, monitoring and success training materials. By using the said program, it will develop candidates into becoming highly productive agents who will later on progress to becoming Career Agents. Monitor and gather observation of candidates' attitude, performance, and daily sales activity. Conceptualize, implement, and promote the MDRT culture and level of performance to candidates which should result to more MDRT qualifiers during or after the program.
  • Drive performance through training and other engagement platforms and campaigns. Prepare recommendation with regards to candidate's performance during business review sessions with the candidates' Leader and Person-In-Charge (PIC).

Qualifications:

  • College graduate major in business management, marketing, communications, teaching or other related fields
  • Experience in life insurance agency or bancassurance training, sales management, agency development or a relevant role in the same field of at least 3 years · Sales/ team management/training exposure. An advantage if gained in the life insurance industry · Substantial knowledge of the life insurance business Computer literate, oral & written communication
