Job Description

  • Generate leads through online channels, fieldwork, referrals, and events
  • Conduct outbound calls and in person meetings with merchant owners and managers to pitch services and close deals
  • Manage the entire merchant acquisition process, including follow-ups, contract signing, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Collect, review, and upload merchant documents; encode information into the platform
  • Train merchants on workflows, apps, and portals as needed
  • Provide partners with updates, marketing materials, and support to address inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain activity and progress trackers; prepare and submit reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings to share updates and ideas
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and solid academic background are welcome
  • At least 6 months experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong presentation and personality, good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, merchant visits, and client-facing activities.
  • MUST BE RESIDING WITHIN CEBU AND FAMILIAR WITH ALL AREAS COVERED.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
