1. Training Program Development
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new real estate agents.
  • Create training modules covering sales techniques, project knowledge, scripts, client handling, and negotiation.
  • Develop continuous learning programs aligned with sales targets, market trends, and company goals.
  • Standardize training materials (presentations, manuals, assessments, role-play exercises).
2. Sales Competency Building
  • Conduct regular sales mastery sessions including prospecting, handling objections, closing strategies, and follow-up best practices.
  • Facilitate product knowledge training for all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Improve agents' digital selling skills (CRM usage, virtual tours, social media selling).
3. Performance Monitoring & Coaching
  • Evaluate sales team performance through observations, mystery shopping, or CRM analytics.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching sessions for underperforming agents.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align coaching with team performance goals.
  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion rate, lead quality, attendance, and closing performance.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing, CRM, Project Development, and Admin for updated project information and training logistics.
  • Coordinate with HR for training schedules, compliance, and competency frameworks.
  • Partner with Marketing for the rollout of new project briefs, updates, and selling tools.
5. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain updated training logs, attendance lists, learning progress, and competency evaluations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly training reports with insights and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure all training materials are updated based on new inventory, pricing, promotions, and market changes.
6. Agent Development & Engagement
  • Lead initiatives that build a strong sales culture (sales rally, learning sessions, recognition programs).
  • Mentor agents for career development and readiness for senior sales roles.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and a high-performance mindset across the sales organization.
7. Compliance & Quality Standards
  • Ensure all agents follow company policies, project guidelines, and sales protocols.
  • Conduct refresher sessions on reservation processes, documentation requirements, data privacy, and ethical selling.
