We are in search of a highly motivated Senior Sales Officer to contribute to the growth and success of our projects through strategic sales leadership and expertise.

The Senior Sales Officer's responsibilities include:

  • Assessing sales data, ensuring proper documentation, and identifying market opportunities to support sales strategies and goals.
  • Providing inventory, pricing and project updates, ensuring they are well prepared. Supports marketing efforts for events and open houses.
  • Leading effective PKS sessions, tailoring presentations to market needs and addressing seller concerns; suggests improvements to PKS materials and provides expert responses to complex inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with documentation standards and recommends process improvements, identifies and resolves common issues and collaborates with sales admin to maintain efficiency.
  • Analyzing market conditions and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Provides insight from sales data, identifies emerging opportunities, and collaborates to align findings with sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any four-year program (preferably Business or Real Estate related program; BS REB)

Work Experience: at least 5 years in Sales
