Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mall Leasing Coordinator to support our company's leasing activities across multiple malls nationwide. Since we are the tenant, the role focuses on identifying suitable mall locations, negotiating lease terms with landlords, managing lease renewals, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of handling multiple leasing requirements at once.


Key Responsibilities
Site Search & Evaluation
  • Research and identify potential mall locations for business expansion
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare comparative site analyses
  • Coordinate with mall administrators for space availability, rates, and proposal requests
Lease Negotiation & Documentation
  • Assist in negotiating lease terms, rental rates, contract terms, and other conditions with mall landlords
  • Review and prepare leasing documents, letters of intent (LOIs), and lease agreements for internal approval
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for contract finalization
Lease Management
  • Maintain an updated database of all lease contracts, renewal dates, rental escalations, and obligations
  • Monitor critical lease dates to avoid lapses or unnecessary penalties
  • Prepare and process lease-related documents such as permits, endorsements, and payments
Coordination & Communication
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and mall leasing officers
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal) on leasing requirements
  • Facilitate turnover processes and ensure units are ready for fit-out when required
Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing status, upcoming renewals, new site opportunities, and lease cost analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations for location improvements or replacements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferably with experience in mall leasing, tenant coordination, real estate, or retail expansion
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiar with mall leasing processes and retail site selection
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to work with an Israeli employer
  • Willing to conduct mall visits and fieldwork as needed

Work Schedule
  • Full-time, office-based position in BGC
  • Field visits to malls required depending on project needs
