Job Description:

  • Encode data for all lease contracts in the leasing portfolio
  • Route lease contracts to various tenants and internal authorized representatives
  • Route signed lease contracts for notarization
  • File and send notarized lease contracts to necessary recipients
  • Monitor lease contracts
  • Receive manual PR from mall admin site office and encode and prepare PR to SAP system
  • Preparation of lease proposals along with blow up plans and key plans of proposed units
  • Preparation of renewal letters, non-renewal letters and pretermination letters
  • Creation of 201 file per tenant

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, SAP.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
