  • Payroll Processing:

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time using Sprout HR and Payroll.

  • Ensure payroll computations comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Government Remittances and Compliance:

  • Handle monthly submissions and payments for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG (HDMF).

  • Process government loans, maternity/paternity claims, and other statutory benefits.
  • Keep updated with changes in labor and tax laws.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Facilitate job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.

  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding documentation.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.

  • Promote a positive and compliant work culture aligned with company values.

  • HR Administration and Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee files and update data in Sprout HR.

  • Administer contracts, clearances, and other employment documentation.

  • Performance Management and Training:

  • Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.

  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and productivity via Sprout.

  • Policy Implementation and Compliance:

  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor standards.

  • Support internal audits and continuous HR process improvement.

  • Other HR Generalist Duties:

  • Assist in employee engagement programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
