HR Generalist

Oversees human resources activities such as recruitment and selection, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, performance management system, labor and employee relations, company events and recreation, and all facets of HR;
Assists in revising and updating human resources and administrative forms for gathering appropriate data;
Assists in the creation and revision of company policies and code of conduct and ensures proper implementation are followed;
Prepares reports and monitors head count, plantilla, attrition and other related reports;
Ensures maintenance and proper safekeeping of 201 files and other HR records;
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts and grievances;
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
