About the role

Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in our Mandaue City, Cebu office. As a full-time HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our organisation's human resources needs, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  3. Administer employee benefits and coordinate with providers
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  2. Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
