A goal-oriented, highly organized, and communicative leader. Main responsibilities include producing and programming special editorial executions by adobo magazine such as branded events, adobo Talks, SheCreatives, and the like—this includes leading timelines and coordination between suppliers and full-time staff. Apart from contributing ideas for both editorial and branded content in various formats (e.g. video, articles, etc.), the senior content editor ensures the timely execution of related deliverables on the website, newsletter, and social media. The senior content manager will also oversee the social media calendar and ensure that content is being distributed on social media platforms as necessary.

  • Lead the social media strategy with the Editorial Director
  • Manage the editorial department's social media boosting budget
  • Ensure that editorial deliverables are distributed on the relevant platforms
  • Provide timely monitoring reports, as needed
  • Produce on-ground video and audio executions together with the Editorial Director
  • Co-lead lineup and programming for multimedia executions
  • Coordinate with creative suppliers as well as interviewees
  • Research and conceptualization for segment and episode angles
  • Work with the business department to ensure client needs are met, as needed
  • Produce editorial deliverables for adobo Magazine events
  • Draft program flows and scripts and other related output for adobo Magazine branded events, webinars, and awards
  • Support the Creative Director in the production of any design deliverables that are needed for all relevant executions
  • Coordinate with the necessary creative suppliers, key speakers, and guests
  • Assist the Editorial Director in the coordinating and programming of adobo Talks, SheCreatives, and similar initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate pre-interviews with key speakers
  • Lead pre-production meetings, both online and on-ground recordings
  • Assist the Editorial Director or Editor-in-Chief with any other special executions, as needed
