Job Summary

RENPHO US is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Senior Content Marketing Strategist to support and execute SEO strategies in alignment with the content and brand objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing RENPHO's online presence, increasing search visibility, and driving organic traffic growth through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Support the Content Manager in developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with Renpho's global goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to guide SEO priorities.
  • Identify new SEO growth opportunities and propose actionable tactics.

On‑Page Optimization

  • Optimize website and product content for search visibility and keyword relevance.
  • Provide SEO guidelines for blog and landing pages, including metadata, headers, keyword usage, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure optimized publication.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical audits (e.g., crawlability, indexing, site speed).
  • Identify issues and work with developers to implement solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, , and structured data/schema markup.

Off‑Page SEO

  • Assist in planning and executing white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Monitor backlinks and recommend disavows when necessary.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to discover new outreach opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report SEO KPIs using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on traffic trends, keyword movements, and content performance.
  • Deliver regular updates to the Content Manager on SEO health and progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Content Manager and other stakeholders to ensure SEO is embedded across projects.
  • Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and design teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Keep the team updated on algorithm changes and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience working in an international company is required, and familiarity with planning and executing SEO strategies across global markets is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have

  • SEO experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with optimizing content for US-based audiences.
  • Background in managing SEO for multilingual or international sites.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO tactics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
