Meter Office Support Staff

Philippines MERALCO Full time ₱60,000 - ₱120,000 per year
General Responsibilities:
  • Supervises execution of vendor-assigned work orders
  • Ensures that work order execution, status updates and related submissions are done on a timely manner
  • Ensures that all requisitioned and returned materials are properly accounted for, per correct issuing/removal work orders
  • Ensures material availability and timely update of vendor's truck stock
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of Work Order data and other requirements, included As-Built sketch submissions
  • Monitors progress of vendor-assigned work orders, specifically work execution progress and status, compliance to process and standards, and quality/workmanship, and executes necessary plans of action to meet targets
  • Evaluates works done and introduces improvements for work execution efficiency.
  • Coordinates with other offices on matters pertaining to Work Order execution (such as referrals/requests for assistance from other teams).
  • Monitors outsourced services
  • Coordinates with vendor coordinator for outsourced jobs, rework and billing concerns.
  • Provides inputs on SLAs
  • Monitors performance/service delivery of contracted services
  • Endorses appropriate sanctions for underperforming vendors based on agreed SLAs
  • Attends to customer inquiries and gives feedback on the status of a project/work order.
Technical Competencies
  • Knowledgeable in practical electricity, installation wiring of electrical facilities, and use of multi tester
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills on MS Office applications
  • Easy to grasp work instructions and with keen attention to details
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years College Education with a total of 60 academic units earned preferably in BSEE; OR
  • Graduate of a two (2) year vocational course in Electrical/Electronics Technology; OR
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course; OR
  • TESDA Certified Electrical Course, preferably a Registered Master Electrician
