As a Spanish Bilingual Representative , you will serve as the key link between English- and Spanish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring clear communication across all interactions. Key Responsibilities Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions with clients, patients, and referrals. Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Conduct follow‑up calls to verify information, assist with documentation, and support patient requests. Provide clear explanations of healthcare products, services, and benefits to patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and client information, including demographics and documentation. Coordinate with healthcare providers, physicians’ offices, and medical facilities to ensure efficient communication and information accuracy. Support the billing process by documenting and forwarding necessary information to the billing department. Prepare reports and complete documentation in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements. Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and record reconciliation. Carry out additional tasks as needed to support team operations. What We’re Looking For Strong command of both English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Previous experience in a healthcare account, BPO, or customer service environment is a plus. Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities. High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in handling confidential information.
