Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Buyer based in Manila, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for procuring goods and services, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sourcing strategies, conducting supplier assessments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of market trends and sourcing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
