Supply Chain Admin Specialist

Compliance. Safety. Coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Oversight Serve as the Compliance Officer for the Supply Chain Department, ensuring daily compliance with GDSP, 5S, and OHS standards while promoting awareness and consistent implementation of company policies.
  • Monitoring, Auditing, and Corrective Action Management Perform daily compliance checks, manage and track corrective actions from audits and incidents to ensure timely resolution, and support audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
  • Risk and Safety Management Manage and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) from internal audits, safety incidents or deviation reports, ensuring closure within prescribed timelines
  • Compliance Tracking and Reporting Maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and compliance reports for management review, and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities in supply chain operations.
  • Communication and Administrative Support Coordinate internal communication on compliance, safety, and 5S initiatives, handle administrative tasks like scheduling and record-keeping, and support the Supply Chain Manager with audits and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in maintaining Good Distribution Practice of Supply Chain or International Organization for Standardization- compliant systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures and CAPA documentation.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations to align compliance checks with process flows.
