JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Head to lead SHG's end-to-end supply chain operations across our restaurant and retail business units. This role will design, optimize, and manage supply chain strategies covering procurement, demand & supply planning, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute SHG's supply chain strategy for both restaurant and retail operations
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and improve efficiency and service levels
  • Align supply chain plans with company growth objectives

B. Restaurant Supply Chain (End to End)

  • Oversee demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution to stores
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of food, beverage, packaging, and restaurant materials
  • Drive sourcing strategies focused on quality, cost, and sustainability
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and manage supply chain risks

C. Retail Warehousing & Distribution

  • Lead warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution
  • Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to retail outlets
  • Establish KPIs for storage, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance

D. Cost, Data & Reporting

  • Monitor and control supply chain costs
  • Partner with Finance on budget management
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and performance reporting

E. People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor teams in procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Develop future leaders and succession pipelines

F. Technology & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement digital tools and automation to enhance planning and operations
  • Improve systems, processes, and operational visibility

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years in supply chain management
  • At least 10 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong experience in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
  • Background in restaurant, food service, retail, or FMCG is an advantage
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and multi-site operations
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in ERP and supply chain systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence
  • High integrity in supplier and vendor management
  • Organized, collaborative, and results-driven
