What you'll be doing

  • Manage the procurement and inventory processes to maintain optimal stock levels of all food and non-food supplies
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing and terms, while ensuring reliable and timely deliveries
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive greater efficiency
  • Lead the logistics team in planning and executing the distribution of goods to our restaurant locations
  • Forecast future supply needs based on sales data and restaurant expansion plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality assurance standards
  • Mentor and develop the supply chain team to build a high-performing, customer-focused department

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supply chain or operations management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Thorough understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics and supply chain best practices
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Location: Banawe, Quezon City
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday
