JOB SUMMARY:

  • The supply chain manager plans, implements and oversees the entire supply chain process from sourcing raw material to final delivery to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train and mentor employees, including reinforcement of safety guidelines.
  • Report accidents and injuries and ensure proper treatment protocols are met.
  • Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
  • Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.
  • Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as supply chain operation.
  • At least 5 years experience as Supply Chain Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system.
  • Have strong background in inventory control, safety regulations, and transportation planning.
