- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate assessments, tests, and background checks as required.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and employer-branding initiatives.
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
