QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 0-3 years of HR experience is typical, though some roles may require more. Internship experience is often considered valuable for fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
